The most valuable aspect of the Senior Management course for me was learning about different personality types and the iceberg model. This helped me to better understand my colleagues & be more aware of things they may find triggering; I find I am now more inclined to take a step back and consider other points of view before reacting.

I think this course should be compulsory for all radio staff. It was fantastic and offered a real insight into the topic and how we are all human. I was blown away by the concept of how microaggressors can impact self-esteem. This is a hugely important message that needs to be delivered at all times. Fantastic Course - It’s an hour that everyone working in the industry should make time for!
