Senior Producer Course - Day 4.

This course is aimed at those who have already completed the 3 day Senior Producer Course with Sue Ellis and Andrew Wilson. This day is designed as a follow up day and will include the following elements :

• 'Leading yourself’ – the values, drivers and styles that affect your behaviour and what you stand for – as a producer, leader and a person.
• ‘Show and tell’, picking up on the challenges from last time
•  'Action learning set’, working together to get people to solutions where they’ve got stuck
• ' Energisers’ around communication and original thinking
• 'Dealing with change'
• Any other items
