Jane is an experienced executive coach and trainer specialising in achieving inspirational leadership through clear and compelling communication and individual presence. She designs and delivers events to teams and individuals using her background in journalism to draw on life experiences to inspire and lead team members, colleagues and external stakeholders.
Jane provided coaching and group facilitation on the leadership programme for the top 600 leaders of a global communications organisation to help lead them through a large-scale cultural transformation.
Jane worked as a BBC reporter and presenter, and for more than ten years as a Television editor and senior leader in the corporation. For the last six years Jane has worked in the BBC Training Academy specialising in leadership and personal development.
