Senior Management Alumni Workshop 2.
Course Aims
The aim of this event is to support Senior Managers on their management journey. This workshop will focus specficially on managing change, improving poor performance and creating new ways of working in teams. The event will bring together Senior Managers from across the sector who have already completed the Senior Management Development Programme and will further support managers in developing themselves and looking at how they can get the best out of their teams.
Course Content
The event will look at:
- How to improve poor performance, motivate staff and embed new ways of working in times of change.
- How to ask powerful questions, deal with resistance to feedback and prepare for difficult conversations
- Work together on a real issue using the Thinking Council technique
