Norma Fitzgibbon, The HR Suite
Norma Fitzgibbon is a Senior Trainer Consultant and is an invaluable member of the L&D team with over 20 years training experience from her current role and previous role in Fexco. Norma Fitzgibbon has a BA in Tourism Business Management. In recent years she has become certified in Training and Evaluation, E learning Essentials, Project Management. Norma’s training experience is in corporate; mainly in call centre/customer experience. Her projects included on boarding new staff, upskilling existing staff, systems and soft skills training, new change implementation, coaching and mentoring.
